The content carries the game's plot past its normal end, and sends the Secret Apprectice to Tatooine to kill Obi-Wan. Hot stuff.

]]>Lucasarts has sent over a lovely press release stating that Star Wars: The Force Unleashed will get some downloadable content in the fall for PS3 and Xbox 360.
The Tatooine mission continues at the end of The Force Unleashed and re-imagines the Star Wars Saga as if the Secret Apprentice had killed Darth Vader and taken his place at the Emperor’s side, becoming the most powerful Sith Lord in the universe.
It picks up as the Emperor sends his new apprentice to the planet Tatooine to dispatch Obi-Wan Kenobi.
During their hunt, players will explore the depths of Jabba the Hutt’s palace and encounter bounty hunter Boba Fett.

]]>A BBFC rating of Star Wars: The Force Unleashed has shown that a Fracture documentary will ship with the game in the UK.
The footage of the action game is 7.28 minutes long, as you can see after the break.
The news came as part of a BBFC rating for the Star Wars game, which has been given a 12.
We'll drop Activision a mail now to clarify. Fracture has no fixed release date at the moment, and is currently listed as a PS3 and 360 title for "summer". Considering The Force Unleashed is out in September, that's probably a little optimistic.

]]>We hate Star Wars, but the movie after the link shows a game that makes our personal feelings irrelevant. The video shows all the various versions of The Force Unleashed in action, cut with interviews with development staff, and ably displays why die hard Star Wars cynics are probably going to be playing this along with everyone else this September. Apart from anything, it has to be one of the most impressive PS2 games ever made. Be sure to look.
