The Editor enables modders to "create their own custom maps," for multiplayer and custom VS AI battles across Shogun 2 and its Fall of The Samurai expansion. ]]>SEGA has announced it's to make some of its PC games available on EA's Origin, starting with Total War: Shogun 2 - Fall of the Samurai which is now available for pre-order on the service. In addition, Team 17 Software, Rebellion, and Kalypso Media Digital have also signed on with the service, which brings Origin's total partners to 35. Titles from the aforementioned studios will be released in the "coming months."

]]>Sega’s announced its standalone expansion pack, Fall of the Samurai for Total War: Shogun 2, will be released on March 23. It’s to include six new playable clans who will need to “deal with” the foreign powers of America, Britain and France, as well as fighting against domestic factions. It also includes an improved campaign map, new building and technology trees, the introduction of railways and naval bombardments, along with ten new ships, one of which is an Ironclad class battleship and another in the way of torpedo boats. It also contains 30 new units along with the lovely Gatling gun. New shots are below.
