The patch, which was released on consoles December 13, includes roster rebalancing, with overhauls for characters such as: Codey, Evil Ryu, Fei Long, Gen, Gouken, Hakan, Makoto, Oni, Yun and Yang. All characters have been played with a bit, but some, like Sagat, were only given slight touch ups. Additional updates on the patch are expected "in the coming weeks."

To be clear, it isn't a new edition of SFIV, just an update. We're pretty sure we heard producer Yoshinori Ono say at EVO overnight there'd be an update due sometime between autumn and winter that will help balance the game. This is probably it.
