]]>In case you're not aware, here's a public service announcement: Uncharted 2 is out this week. Tomorrow in the US, Wednesday in Europe and Friday in the UK.
And it's the bees f**king knees. The first PS3 title to get a ten from Eurogamer and thensome, it has a meta so far of 9.7, making it so far one of the highest rated titles this gen.

It looks stunning. Then again, mostly everything we've seen from the game so far is stunning.

]]>Machinima.com recently got a look at Uncharted 2's suite of movie-making tools, and -- in case you were worried -- they can, in fact, be used to make movies.
The tools can change characters' movement postures, add lip-synced speech, and even swap out entire backgrounds or set characters against a green screen. It looks pretty awesome, if you ask us.

]]>Looks like there's multiplayer in Uncharted 2: Among Thieves after all.
According to this shot up on Kotaku, when you pre-order inFamous you not only get access to a demo, but you get a multiplayer beta voucher for Uncharted 2.
Says the demo for inFamous is valid from May 8-20 and the beta voucher for Uncharted 2 is good from June 3-28.
So this is what Sony plans to announce on Monday, eh?

]]>Naughty Dog has released an Uncharted 2: Among Thieves announcement trailer, showing a beaten-up Nathan Drake wading through snow to recover some kind of artefact. And little else.
This very short teaser ends with the announcement that Uncharted 2 will get a world premiere at the 2008 Video Game Awards on Spike on December 14 at 9:00pm.
Update: To celebrate, GameInformer has put Nathan Drake all over the front cover of its January issue and released the following details:
Nathan Drake returns with a whole new adventure which revolves around the 13th century explorer Marco Polo and his voyages. The new PlayStation 3 title will add a free climbing mechanic and stealth gameplay. Players can also expect all-new locations, characters and a focus on the game’s story.
