]]>Capcom may have released the final "cinematic" video for Dark Void earlier in the week, but that has not stopped it from releasing another video - this time showing of the "mysterious alternate dimension" known as The Void.
Posted below the break, the video highlights the environments included in the sci-fi shooter, and it looks like a rather interesting place.

]]>Battlestar Galactica composer Bear McCreary has signed on with Capcom to pen Dark Void's score.
The upcoming action-shooter's McCreary first game, and he's very excited.
“When I got the call from Capcom to work on the music for Dark Void, I jumped at the chance to do it, considering my love for Capcom games,” he said.
“I have been looking for the opportunity to compose a game score for a long time, but I’ve been waiting for the right one. Dark Void’s epic story and unique gameplay drew me in immediately and I have had a lot of fun working on the project.”

The Airtight game's a mix of "fast-paced vertical combat mixed with on-foot action," apparently, and is planned for PC, 360 and PS3.

]]>After the break you can see a gameplay walkthrough from producer Morgan Gray for Capcom's new action adventure game, Dark Void.
It's a third-person, duck and cover shooter by the looks of things, but if done right, that's no bad thing at all.
If that wasn't enough, Gamespot's got loads of new images for you to gawp at too.
Dark Void is pencilled in for "2009" for PC, 360 and PS3.

]]>We're not that bothered about missing E3 this year, but we do wish we were going to Comic Con. Capcom's detailed its showing at the San Diego event, taking place just after E3, and it sounds "fun". Aside from the enjoyable aspect, the firm's promising an exclusive Resident Evil 5 trailer, so that's a good enough reason to not let your guard down after E3.
