While the recent success of Amazon's Fallout TV show has been a boon for all of the series' existing entries, including Fallout 76, it also left a lot of folks wondering when the next big Fallout game - Fallout 5 - might actually arrive.
]]>Have you been left a bit bummed out that, after having your appetite for the series renewed by Amazon's Fallout TV show, the most recent Fallout games on offer are Fallout 4 and Fallout 76, both of which are getting fairly long in the tooth, even if they are still getting fresh updates? Well, here's what could be a bit of good news - Todd Howard says Bethesda's looking into upping its output, if it can do so in a manner it's a fan of.
]]>I recently asked the Fallout community what they might personally want to see from Fallout 5, whenever it arrives. All of their ideas were very cool, and got me thinking about what I - another Fallout fan - might want from the game too. So, here’s another pitch:
]]>That Fallout Amazon show is really popping off huh? Following its conclusion we've seen millions of interested players new and old flock to the games as a result. Fallout 4 is hitting player peaks not seen in years, and even Fallout 76 is basking in the glory. So obviously everyone is seeing this excitement, and is looking to the future. Fallout 5 is on everyone's mind; Bethesda's own take on the wacky post-apocalypitc wasteland. But what I want is a return to the roots of Fallout 1 and Fallout 2. The time is ripe for another Fallout CRPG.
]]>Ok, so Fallout 4’s next-gen update finally drops this week, and, obviously, it’s not remotely close to being Fallout 5.
]]>What would you like to see from Fallout 5? It's a question every Fallout fan has their own answer, or answers in the case of lost of us, to. For ex-Bethesda artist Jonah Lobe, the answer involves something giant and radioactive, which might have made it into Fallout 4, had it not threatened to break the game in more ways than you'd be broken if it stomped on you.
]]>Ok, make sure you’re sitting down. One of the key people behind the Fallout TV show that’s set to drop on Amazon Prime Video next month has said that trying to just please fans of the games with it would be “a fool’s errand”.
]]>You know the Fallout TV series that’s set to drop on Amazon Prime Video next month? Well, apparently Todd Howard’s made sure it won’t step on Fallout 5’s toes by stepping in to say no whenever an idea that’s in the plans for the game came up during the show’s filming.
]]>The Fallout TV show that’s set to drop on Amazon Prime Video next month has just gotten a fresh trailer, which offers more of a look at the kind of post-apocalyptic antics it’ll have in store and confirms that you’ll be able to watch the show a tiny bit earlier than expected.
]]>You probably thought the next Fallout would be another video game, but the TV show's producer thinks the upcoming series is "almost" Fallout 5.
]]>During a video interview with IGN, Todd Howard spoke plenty about Starfield, but also made brief mention to the future of the Fallout series. More specifically, Todd Howard said 'Fallout 5' and got everyone a little excited (but also worried, given Fallout 76's troubled launch).
